Ski Holidays to Hotel La Bouitte

Hotel La Bouitte is situated in the hamlet of Saint Marcel, 1 km from Saint Martin de Belleville and is reputed to host one of the best restaurants in the Alps (3 stars in the Michelin Red Guide).  With 16 bedrooms and suites combining high comfort, up-market services with a great deal of charm, Hotel La Bouitte is the perfect place to stay. They have several lounges, a garden, a beautiful terrace and a Spa with specially created treatments.

At the gateway to Les 3 Vallées, La Bouitte gives the impression of feeling in another world and another time.  The terrace opens over the wide valley of Les Encombres (3 stars in the Michelin guide), with its magnificent flora and fauna. In an authentic setting, evoking in an idealist way the eternal Savoy, their chefs René and Maxime are at the forefront of modern culinary art. Their cuisine is dedicated to nature, fun yet precise with a huge finesse of execution.

Bedrooms with individual character, all with sculptured wood, are waiting for you.  A real concentration of popular Savoyard art, with furniture and craftwork going back to the 17th Century. If the setting has its own authentic identity, the comfort is the highest possible, with the most up to date equipment (flat screens, private wine cellars, balneo-baths …). Another plus point is the Bela Vya Spa with its unique treatments, which enhance the benefits of the mountain air (Solant with hay steam, Marie's bath with honey, Mountain pasture souvenirs).  The hotel is a perfect mix of high-quality hotel management, with the spirit and welcome of a maison d’hôtes.
