This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Parties, excessive noise, and smoking are not allowed. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This space has a Roku enabled television instead of cable. In accordance with Toronto COVID 19 regulations, it is mandatory for guests to wear masks in public spaces of this building, including the lobby and hallways. Additionally, it is prohibited to bring visitors into the property. All tap water at this property is drinkable. The rooftop pool, terrace, and game room are unavailable. However, there are pools within walking distance. Paid parking is non refundable and valid from checkin to check out. You acknowledge and agree that Sonder is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at our facilities. You may hear construction noise from renovations on site daily. Complimentary luggage storage is available in the lobby.
