Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that your credit card will be charged in EUR. Your bank hereinafter converts this amount to the currency of your domestic account. Please note that the credit card used for a non-refundable booking needs to be presented upon check in. The Hotel will check the validity of the credit card.
