This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests will receive a rental agreement via email, which must be agreed up to 14 days prior to arrival. Guests are required to upload a photo ID and credit card ahead of check-in via a secured link. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note the property is located in a residential area, and the property asks guests to refrain from excessive noise levels. There is zero tolerance at this property regarding noise and reports can lead to the stay being immediately terminated and the guest being asked to leave. Loud parties are strictly prohibited.
