The Gresham is situated on the seafront in Weymouth, just 0.6 miles from Weymouth harbour. The rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and a TV. There is free WiFi in all public area.
Important Information
Please inform Gresham Guest House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Check-in later than the specified latest check-in time must be confirmed in advance with the property. Arrivals after the stated times without prior arrangement, or failure to check-in at all, will result in being marked as a no-show and no refund given. No smoking throughout (including from balconies and windows). A charge of GBP 100 is invoiced and charged to guests debit/credit for smoking in their rooms. This covers the replacement of bedding and specialist cleaning. Please note that the property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties or large groups. All breakages, damages and losses must be reported as soon as possible. Guests are expected to behave responsibly and anyone who causes excessive noise or nuisance will be asked to leave without refund. Only guests who are staying are permitted in the building unless by prior arrangement. The property reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who arrive with more people than the maximum number for the room type. If additional rooms are available these must be added for the additional persons. There is a limited number of guest parking permits. These allow guests to park free of charge in the Swinney and Lodmoor long-stay carparks. Permits to park on street in the relevant nearby zones are available for registered guests with disabilities, but the property cannot guarantee a space nearby. Bookings must be paid via credit or debit card, prior to arrival. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages or missing items if necessary. Please do not consumer takeaway meals in your room.

Double Room with Private Bathroom (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Room 2 is a small, double room and is located on the ground floor with 2 steps in the corridor and there is no view from the window. There is a small en-suite shower and toilet, but the sink is in the room. The room has a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels and tea/coffee making facilities. A haidryer and mini ironing board are supplied and an iron is available to use on request.
Small Twin Room (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Room 3 is a twin bedded room on the ground floor (2 steps in the corridor) and looks out on to the rear street. There is a small en suite with shower, sink and toilet. Please note there is a step into the shower cubicle of 21 cm (8 inches) from the floor level. There is a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. A hairdryer and mini ironing board are supplied and an iron is available on request.
Double Room (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Room 4 is a small double room, located on the 1st floor via stairs and overlooks the rear yard and a wall so there is no view from the window. There is a desk in the room with tea & coffee making and a hairdryer and mini ironing board are supplied with an iron available on request. The en suite has a toilet sink and a small shower with height of 6ft 3inches and 2 steps down in to it. There is also a flat screen TV with Freeview channels.
Family Room with Bathroom (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Room 5 is a family for up to 2 adults and 1 child. It is located on the first floor via stairs only and overlooks the rear street with a double bed and a daybed. There is a small en suite with shower, sink and toilet. It has a flat screen TV with Freeview channels and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. A hairdryer and mini ironing board are supplied and an iron is available on request.
Large Double Room (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Room 6 is a double room on the second floor accessed via stairs only. It offers street views and has a newly refurbished, enclose balcony. It has modern en-suite facilities. There is a desk and chair in the room and it has tea/coffee making facilities. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels, a hairdryer and mini ironing board. An iron is available on request.
Small Double Room with Sea View (Adult Room Only) (Sleeps 1, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Room 7 is a gorgeous single room with a double bed and balcony offering fabulous views over Weymouth Bay The room benefits has en-suite facilities. This room is located on the 2nd floor there are 2 flights of stairs to access it - there is no lift.
Single Room with Sea View (Adult Room Only) (Sleeps 1, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Room 8 is a single room suitable for adults only located on the 2nd floor via stairs only. It has an older style en suite with small shower, sink and toilet. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview channels and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. A mini ironing board is supplied and an iron is available on request. There is a sea view but the balcony cannot be used at the moment as the Landlord has notified us that it may not be structurally safe.
Budget Single Room with Shower and External Private Toilet (Adult Room Only) (Sleeps 1, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Room 9 is a budget single room suitable for adults only and located on the 2nd floor via stairs only. It has a very small shower in the room and the private toilet is located outside the room on the floor below. The room has a sea view and balcony which is cannot be accessed for safety reasons. There is a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. A mini ironing board is supplied and an iron is available on request.
Family Room with Private Bathroom (Sleeps 3, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Room 10 is a large, rear view, family room on the 4th floor, accessed via stairs only. The room can accommodate up to 3 adults and 2 children with a double bed, single bed and bunk beds. The en suite has shower, sink and toilet as shown in the photos. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview channels and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Room 16 is a rear view family room, in the attic, on the 5th floor and is accessed via steep stairs only. It can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child and has a double bed and single bed with en-suite bathroom. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview channels and tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a fridge. A hairdryer and mini ironing board are supplied and an iron is available on request. Please note that this room is not centrally heated and has an electric storage heater.
Deluxe King Room (Double, Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom)
This newly refurbished and spacious king room features a large en-suite bathroom and a balcony. It comes with sea views across Weymouth Bay and is equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge and a flat-screen TV with Freeview. Please note that the room is located on the 2nd floor and accessible via stairs only.
