Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. To finalize the rental we ask: - to validate a personalized rental contract with a copy of the signatory's identity document - to provide a "resort" or "holiday" type insurance certificate in the name of the signatory.
