The pedestrian village is located in the Landes department, in the heart of the pine grove. It offers a heated, outdoor swimming pool as well as unheated swimming pools.
Important Information
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Village Pierre & Vacances Moliets in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. There is a free kids club available on site in July and August . If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. The price includes: accommodation, bed linen, bathroom linen, household linen (1 bathmat and 1 dishcloth), cleaning kit, basic WiFi access (internet browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee), pool area, playing field (except tennis and archery) and standard entertainment (fitness, contests, parties). End-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area) is included. Beds made upon arrival and mid-week housekeeping matching the number of occupants in the accommodation are available at an extra cost. Please note that 1 swimming pool is heated. The others are not heated and not supervised. Please note that access to the tennis court and archery is at an additional cost. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Please note that "The swimming pool of the “Maisons du Golf” district is closed until further notice. The 3 other pools of the village are available." Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
