Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Vacancéole - Résidence Alizéa Beach in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Thu 31 Oct 2024 until Sun 13 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Upon arrival, guests are required to check the inventory and return the signed form within 24 hours. An additional end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 50 or EUR 55 according to the type of apartment is not included in the price. You can choose to clean the accommodation yourself or pay the fee. Please note that early and late check-outs will be charged between EUR 50 and EUR 55 depending on the type of apartment rented. Please note that guests arriving outside of reception opening times must contact the property by telephone. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels and TV are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge. Baby cots are available upon request and must be confirmed by the hotel. Please note that 1 pet can be accommodated per apartment for an extra charge of EUR 5 per day. City taxes to be paid on site on arrival A damage deposit will be required on arrival All bathers must wear swimwear (traditional swim briefs, one or two-piece swimsuit). For hygiene reasons, long wetsuits, swimming shorts, and more generally all loose clothing, are prohibited. The pool area is prohibited for people dressed other than in the swimsuits mentioned above.
