You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Arrival time is from 16:00 to 20:00. A late check-in service is available from 20:00 to 00:00 with a supplement of 89€. It is not possible to check-in after 00:00. The late check-in service is carried out by an external company and must be contracted and paid for by 20:00 hours the day before your arrival or check-in at the latest. For bookings with same day check-in, it is not possible to contract the late check-in service, therefore, the check-in must be done before 20:00. A damage deposit of €300 is required. Payment must be made 14 days before arrival and can only be made by bank transfer. In case your booking is made less than 14 days before arrival, it is compulsory to pay the bank transfer on the day of booking. The damage deposit will only be considered to have been paid once we have received the deposit, and under no circumstances will a bank receipt be valid. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 working days after departure by bank transfer. To do this you must provide an account number where you want the refund of the deposit to be made.
