This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the building does not have a lift. Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, property will send detailed payment instructions and a link to a secure payment platform. Renovation work is done daily. The property exterior is under renovation. Please note that only in case of requesting an invoice on the name of a company, we will be charging the correspondent an extra VAT amount (21%).
