Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 01 Oct 2023 until Sun 30 Jun 2024 Swimming pool #1 is closed from Fri 01 Nov 2024 until Mon 31 Mar 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that we close pool's availability to allow neighbors to have a quiet place for a couple of hours in the afternoon mostly and sometimes for maintenance/cleanliness reasons and is scheduled.
