It is a tourist apartment building, completely modernized and recently restored, located on the lively city of Lloret De Mar, in a large green area and about 700 meters from Lloret beach.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 30 Sept 2023 until Fri 31 May 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that: There is a EUR 20 surcharge for late check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 in July and August. Late check-in is not possible the rest of the year. Please note, the pool is open from 01 June to 30 September. The client does not have the right to any refund in case of canceling his reservation when he is already hosted. In other words, once he enters the rented home, he does not have the right to a refund in case of canceling in whole or in part.
