Important Information

Housekeeping service is offered every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. A damage deposit of US$100 is required on arrival. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment; cash is not accepted. Smoking Policy Smoking allowed in designated areas For non compliance $250 violation fee strictly enforced. Pet Policy Pet Fee will be applicable as mentioned below: $25/day for first 6 nights, $15/day thereafter Unauthorized pet: $100 penalty with max 2 pets per room Service animals exempt Max weight permissible is 150lbs Any dangerous or illegally traded will not be permissible . Pots, Pans & Plates To purchase Pots, Pans & Plates below are the charges $39.99- Purchase for pots and pans larger set $19.99- Purchase for plates If guest wants to rent the $39.99 set then $15 /week. $40 penalty to be deducted from security deposit if the rented items are spoilt. Linen Damage If linen(pillow, bedsheet, duvet, towel) gets damaged then we will charge between $15 to $40 penalty depending on item Early check-in & Late check out is allowed at an additional cost of $10 depending on the availability of the same room category. Unauthorized Guest Unauthorized Guest will be charged $50 per person/night.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
