This villa has a balcony, dishwasher and washing machine. A Viennese piano from 1880 is available for piano players. First floor with comfortable living room with satellite TV, view of the pool, piano louche and sofa set, comfortable lounch with satellite TV and sofa set. 1 bathroom with shower/WC, usable as master bathroom to the lounch or to share with the living room; hall with winter garden, attractive dining area and view to the pool; separate WC accessible from the hall; fully equipped, high quality, separate kitchen (WMF crockery). Upper floor with family-friendly room layout: 1 double room incl. satellite TV with direct access to another twin room. 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub; 1 separate WC; 1 further twin room with private bathroom with shower/WC, satellite TV and balcony. Direct access from the living room to the two furnished terraces, the park with fountain, barbecue facilities and private heated swimming pool (usable only in summer), 1 sauna.
