However, there will be no breakfast, evening meals or rooms serviced from: 12:00 23 December - 27 December (inclusively) and 12:00 on 31 December - 1 January (inclusively) Please note that guests checking out after 10:30 will be charged an additional fee of GBP 50 unless prior arrangements have been made.

This converted cottage at the top of the grounds is situated away from any traffic noise and overlooking the paddocks and meadows where you will often see horses grazing. It is self-catering and has a small kitchen with all necessary appliances. Please be aware, this unit is not serviced during the stay.
Luxury Double Room (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
A large bath is featured in this room and private shower along the corridor, with bathrobes provided. This double room is situated on the first floor room in main house and can accommodate an extra bed.
Deluxe Apartment - Disability Access (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
This converted barn, self-catering apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living space. The outside space consists of a patio and small lawn and the whole unit has disabled access. A selection of local produce can be delivered upon request and at extra charge. Please be aware, this unit is not serviced during the stay.

The spacious family room features a private entrance, a seating area, a terrace with garden views as well as a private bathroom boasting a walk-in shower. The unit has 3 beds.

A delightful spacious barn apartment with use of a private courtyard over looking the paddock. Ideal for a group or family of 6 exploring Canterbury and the Kent countryside or coast. Please be aware that this apartment is not serviced during the stay.
Single Room (Sleeps 1, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Offering free toiletries, this single room includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The single room offers a flat-screen TV, a private entrance, a wardrobe, an electric kettle as well as garden views. The unit has 1 bed.
Apartment - Ground Floor (Sleeps 4, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms)
The Annexe has its own oak front door opening into an area off which there are two lovely ensuite bedrooms - the double (Classic double) has an ensuite shower and the twin (Superior double) an ensuite shower and bath. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer and a washing machine. Although there is no living room the bedrooms are large. The Annexe enjoys the use of the veranda and large garden without contact with other guests. Please be aware that this apartment is not serviced during the stay.
