Important Information
Please inform Converted Luxury Stables in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited at the property and any guests found to be ignoring this rule may be charged GBP 250 plus additional costs to cover cleaning/damage costs. If guests lose keys during their stay they will be charged a call out fee of GBP 60 to provide keys. If the call is made after 21:00 then no keys can be delivered and guests will need to find alternative accommodation for the night at a cost to themselves. Please note 1 small dog is only allowed in the Studio Apartment Room 2 for an extra charge of GBP 15.
