Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Any type of extra bed or child's cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed prior to guest arrival. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. Children between the ages of 6 & 16 are able to use the swimming pool at restricted times and must always be accompanied by an adult. The restricted times are 10:00 - 12 noon & 14:00 - 16:45. Spa use is included on a complimentary basis while guests are resident within the hotel staying on a bed and breakfast or dinner, bed and breakfast basis only. Guests staying on a room only rate do not have access to the spa within the room price. Please note, guests who book the dinner, bed & breakfast rate category will enjoy a GBP 49 food allowance per person from our menu in the Hotel Restaurant. Please note that this property does not accept group reservations of 4 rooms or more. Guests are advised to contact the hotel for any group inquiries. Please note, no children under 12 years of age allowed in the restaurant after 18:00.
