Please note that it is required that you mention the exact number of guests attending this booking. If there are more than 2 guests, the property will set up the sofa bed for an extra fee. If travelling with children under 2 years, please bring your own cot. Please note that you will receive a separate email from SUPERHOG, the property's risk management partner, to verify yourself. This to protect against any accidental damage to the property. If you don't agree to this step, you will be sent a separate invoice for a GBP 250 refundable damages deposit which will then be refunded back to you within 7 days of your checkout (minus any card fees) provided there are no damages or breakages.
