Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception opening hours: Monday to Friday : 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 - Saturday and Sunday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 Price include : bed linen, toilet linen, household linen (bathmat + dish towel), cleaning kit, WiFi basic access (to 5 devices for navigate, e-mails reading and researches), charge and tax (except tourism tax and application fee), pool area + playing field/sport (except tennis and archery), Basic animation : fitness, contest, parties. End-of-stay cleaning is (except dishes and kitchen corner). Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival. The aquatics centre is open from April to September. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
