Important Information
Please inform Résidence Néméa Le Nevez in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Food & beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. An additional cost is required for the following services: laundry and daily house-keeping. The reception is open from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except on Wednesdays all day and Sundays afternoons (outside of French school holidays). Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Breakfast is available for an additional fee of EUR 12 per person and must be requested upon arrival. Bed linen is not included. It can be rented on site for EUR 10 per person per set.
