Important Information
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. The following mandatory extra charges apply: for house 1 and 2 = 130€ for house 3 = 150€ For house 4 = 90€ The package includes cleaning, bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels. In order to guarantee the reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total price must be paid to the property. Please note that during winter, the swimming pool will only be heated for stays of 3 nights and more Pleasse note that the internet and phone connections are not very good on the domain . Due to the outrageous increase of electricity pricing, we have to turn off the pool and the sauna during the low season. Thanks for your understanding.
