This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or can rent them onsite for the following extra charges: - Bed linen: EUR 10 per bed per stay - Towels kit (consisting of a large and small towel): EUR 5 per person per stay. Please note that bedding and the sofa bed in the living room are firm Please note that the Guests has to clean the house at the end of their stay.
