Please inform Gîte de Fontainebleau in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that prepayment is due by bank transfer or cheque. The property will contact you directly to organise this. Please note that on site, cheques are accepted. The electricity is included up to 15KW. If the guest uses more that 15KW, they will have to pay EUR 0.15/KW. For the fireplace, the first fire is offered, then guests have to pay EUR 50 per fire, for the wood. Please note that bed linen, house linen and towels are not included in the price. They can be rented on site at an extra cost. Bed linen and towels are not included in the reservation. They are optional. Managed by a private host
