Bergisch Gladbach train station is 750 meters away. From there, you can take the S-Bahn (suburban train) directly to Cologne city center in 20 minutes.

The Rhineland State Gymnastics School is a good base for visiting the Paper Museum, the Local History Museum, and Bensberg Castle.
