Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that children under 3 years stay free of charge if you use your own camping beds. Please note that children under the age of 14 do not have to pay city tax. Please note that towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property. Please contact the property before arrival for rental. Please note that guests under 25 years of age can only check in with a legal representative. The booking person is then 25 years old and is responsible for the behavior of the group.
