You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A surcharge of EU 50 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that as there is no reception, from April until October check-in takes place between 16:00 and 18:00 at the Hotel Regina Palace Via Cristoforo Colombo 1. While from November until April, check-in is at Stamtours agency in Corso Regina 6, from 11:00 until 12:30 and from 16:15 until 17:00. Car parking is located 1.5 km away. If you wish to use this service staff will take you from the car park to the hotel. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
