This room with its balinese decor features a large antique extra large king size 4-poster bed, Indonesian furnishings, and large Smart type TV, private balcony and extensive sea views. The One-bedroom studio apartment has a separate bedroom and living area. It has a large balcony off the bedroom with bush and limited water views. It features a king size bed, wich can not be split. The bathroom is rather compact. The separate living area has great sea views and a small verandah. It features a kitchenette with a fridge, convection/micro wave, and single gas cook top. Nespresso Machine and a dining/sitting area, heat pump and large TV, Complimentary WiFi. Occupying the entire lower floor of the building the One- bedroom studio apartment offers total privacy! The apartment has its own separate private entrance. Access is by a number of stairs and is therefore not wheelchair friendly. Please note that breakfast is not included in the tariff Maximum occupancy 2.

Two-Bedroom Apartment (Sleeps 4, 2 Bathrooms)
Cliff Edge two bedroom apartment provides guests with everything you can expect from a luxury experience. The apartment consists of a large open lounge, dining and kitchen area, a master bedroom with Balinese 4-poster bed with ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom with super king split system bed and separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wall oven and gas cook top, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. Basic cooking ingredients are supplied with complimentary breakfast provisions and beverages provided on arrival. The large deck area below the apartment offers outdoor dining including a table, chairs, barbecue and lounge chairs. There is access to the beach with just a short walk from the property, where there is a walking track along to the Opua Marina, or if you feel energetic, a beautiful coastal walk to Paihia and beyond. Cliff Edge apartment can accommodate four guests only, with the second bedroom super king bed able to be spilt into two singles for two adults or two children . There is ample parking for two cars on the upper deck area. Please note, there are stairs to the apartment and no disability facilities or access.
