Basic general rules that regulate the accommodation of clients with pets at the Hotel Santa Elena so that their stay is as pleasant as possible and does not cause any discomfort for the rest of the clients staying at the hotel. A maximum of two pets per room is allowed. A fee of €8/night and pet is applied for cleaning the room. The owner of the animal will have the obligation to keep it in proper hygienic and sanitary conditions. The amount of the damages caused during the stay will be charged in the final invoice of the stay. At all times the client is responsible for their pet and the behavior it has. The pet can only be inside the room and in the common areas of passage to access it. It is totally forbidden to enter the rest of the interior spaces such as a restaurant, bar, lounge, except for the circulation areas of the hotel complex. Your pet is not allowed to relieve itself in the hotel grounds. They have the environment at their disposal as long as they collect their depositions. To go out or enter the hotel facilities you will always have to keep your pet well tied up and on a short leash, if it is considered a dangerous pet, also wear a muzzle. Your pet will not be able to stay alone in the room at any time. This seeks to avoid possible discomfort, due to barking or crying, to the rest of the clients as well as damage to the furniture in the room. In the event that you want to enjoy the hotel's restaurant service, in summer time a terrace service will be provided. Customers are asked not to let their pets on the beds or sofa. The pet cannot be bathed in the bathrooms or showers of the rooms or towels can be used to dry it. We appreciate compliance with these rules and we hope you have a pleasant stay in our hotel.
