Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of USD 51 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. During your stay, we will be renovating our restaurant Formaggio. Formaggio will be available in our Rancho Cordova room located in the main lobby. Our freshly renovated Starbucks is open and located in the south end of the lobby and is now accepting Mobile Order and Pay. The Fitness Center is temporarily closed but we have in-room fitness equipment available to loan out at the front desk. Upon arrival, you will be asked to park in our South Lot for your convenience. Working hours for construction are from 9am-5pm. Also, if you purchased our room and breakfast package you will receive coupons on arrival for the hotel restaurant based on the number of guests on the reservation up to 2 guests, children up to 12 years old will receive an option from the children’s menu, any additional guests will need to dine at own expense.
