Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform LuxHome Suites & Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. There is an additional charge of $10 per hour for use of the waterslide. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $100 per pet, per stay applies. Please note that in order to use the hot tub, the request should be made 1 day in advance. Also note, that there is a extra charge of $50 per hour to use the hot tub. Laundry fee is $10 per load, including washing, drying and detergent. Laundry hours are 10Am - 7Pm subject to availability. Early check-in/late check-out fee is $50 per hour for suites and apartments, $20 per hour for rooms.
