The ski area of Montgenèvre is in the French Alps at an altitude of 1,850m, with 100km of marked runs.

Montgenèvre is part of the Via Lattea ski area with access to 400km of downhill skiing, with 265 marked pistes, served by a total of 70 ski lifts. In addition to the skiing in Montgenèvre itself (100km of pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Via Lattea ski resorts of Cesana Torinese, Clavière, Pragelato, San Sicario, Sauze d'Oulx and Sestrière.

The ski resort itself is at 1,850m, so skiing or boarding back to the resort is usually possible. With ski lifts as high as 2,700m, skiing and snowboarding is assured throughout the season.

Skiing

Montgenèvre's ski area reaches elevations of up to 2,750 meters, offering stunning views and diverse terrain. Notable pistes include the long red run 'Le Prorel' and the challenging black run 'La Crête', while the efficient lift system includes the 'Durance' and 'Clavière' lifts, ensuring easy access to the slopes.

There are a variety of pistes to suit all levels of skier ability, from Beginner to Expert.

Snowboarding
