Orelle has direct access to a single ski lift. Orelle is directly linked by Ski Lift to the ski areas of The Three Valleys and Val Thorens.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Orelle is Chambery, 64 minutes drive away.

Annecy, Turin Caselle, Grenoble, Lyon St-Exupéry, Lyon Bron, Geneva, Turin Cuneo, Saint-Étienne and Milan Malpensa airports are all within three hours drive.

Chambery is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

When is Orelle open?

We don't currently have confirmed season dates, but hope to soon.

Usual opening is late November, and usual closing is Early May.

NOTE:- Ski area, lift and piste opening is subject to Current Snow Conditions.

We don't yet have specific details of the COVID-19 precautions being taken in Orelle, but they are likely to include most of the following :-

  • Face masks required on lifts, and in shops.

  • Reduced lift capacity.
