The Italian ski resort of Asiago is in the Italian Alps at an altitude of 1,000m, with 100km of marked runs.


Asiago has direct access to 100km of downhill skiing, with 17 marked pistes, served by a total of 64 ski lifts.

The skiing is at relatively low altitude, so snow cover can be variable.


There are a variety of pistes to suit all levels of skier ability, from Beginner to Expert.


Asiago offers some good boarding and there is a Snow Park in Asiago.

This ski resort is in the Italian Alps in Vicenza, Veneto.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Asiago is Venice, 90 minutes drive away.

Verona, Treviso, Brescia, Bolzano, Bologna, Trieste, Bergamo, Parma and Innsbruck Airport airports are all within three hours drive.


Ski Lift Capacity

The 64 ski lifts are able to uplift 11,600 skiers and snowboarders every hour.

Snow Making

Snow-making is available, on 4km of ski runs, with 25 snow cannons.

Season Dates

When is Asiago open?

We don't currently have confirmed season dates, but hope to soon.

Usual opening is mid December, and usual closing is Early April.

NOTE:- Ski area, lift and piste opening is subject to Current Snow Conditions.

We don't yet have specific details of the COVID-19 precautions being taken in Asiago, but they are likely to include most of the following :-

  • Face masks required on lifts, and in shops.
  • Social distancing in public areas.
  • Reduced lift capacity.
