Abondance is part of the Portes du Soleil ski area with access to 400km of downhill skiing, with 285 marked pistes, served by a total of 196 ski lifts. In addition to the skiing in Abondance itself (15 pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Portes du Soleil ski resorts of Avoriaz, Châtel, La Chapelle d'Abondance, La Grande Terche, Les Gets, Montriond, Morzine, Saint Jean d'Aulps, Champoussin, Champéry, Les Crosets, Morgins and Torgon.

 By Air

The nearest airport to Abondance is Geneva, 70 minutes drive away.

Sion, Annecy, Berne, Chambery, Lyon St-Exupéry, Lyon Bron, Grenoble, Basel and Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg airports are all within three hours drive.
