How to get there
By Air
The nearest airport to Garmisch-Partenkirchen is Innsbruck Airport, 60 minutes drive away.
Munich, Memmingen, Salzburg, Bolzano, Friedrichshafen and St. Gallen-Altenrhein airports are all within three hours drive.
Innsbruck Airport is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.
To reach Garmisch-Partenkirchen, fly into Munich Airport, approximately 90 minutes away by car or train. Regular train services connect Munich to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, making travel convenient.
