Stoos has direct access to 35km of downhill skiing, served by a total of 7 ski lifts.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Stoos is Zurich, 60 minutes drive away.

Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, Basel, St. Gallen-Altenrhein, Berne, Lugano, Friedrichshafen and Memmingen airports are all within three hours drive.

Zurich is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.


Ski Lift Capacity

The seven ski lifts are able to uplift 5,500 skiers and snowboarders every hour.

NOTE:- Ski area, lift and piste opening is subject to Current Snow Conditions.

We don't yet have specific details of the COVID-19 precautions being taken in Stoos, but they are likely to include most of the following :-

  • Face masks required on lifts, and in shops.
  • Social distancing in public areas.
  • Reduced lift capacity.
  • Extensive disinfection / sanitization.
