The cosy accommodation Mariandl's Appartements is located in the quiet holiday resort of Piesendorf, approx. 4 km from the centre of Kaprun. Shopping facilities are just 100 metres away. The ski bus (see timetable on site) stops about 200 metres away and takes you either to the Maiskogelbahn (approx. 4 km), the Areitbahn (approx. 6 km) or to the glacier ski area on the Kitzsteinhorn (approx. 10 km). A ski train (approx. 700 m from Piesendorf station) also runs to the cable cars (see local information). A cross-country ski trail is about 300 metres away.

The rustic apartments' facilities include a lounge, Wi-Fi, a sauna (for a fee) and ski boot room with heated boot warmers. Free parking spaces can also be found and used (upon availability).
